ResponderBorrarIt also proposes to change bad routines such as watching TV, sugar, twitter, caffeine, for more exercise, reading and watching nature. This idea working for the man because, he lost weigth and he´s happy at work, he feels healthy. He tried exercising, changing your habits.
I think it´s a good idea because you can have good habits in a short time, you can feel healthy with simple ideas.
The video is about the 30 days challenge proposed by Matt Cutts. He talked about try something new for 30 days to make a huge change progressively, removing or adopting habits and customs in only 30 days.

The video it's about trying to do something new during 30 days to create an habit or try to quit it. You just have to give a shot! When you make small changes in your life it is easier to keep them, so you are going to have another way to live.
